PITA PIZZA

Ingredients:

4 halves of pita bread
1/2 c low fat prego spaghetti sauce
8 chopped olives
1/2 c mozerella cheese
6 slices oscar meyer honey ham
1/4 c diced onion

Directions:
I put some cheese inside the pita first then put sauce cheese and toppings on top. Bake 400°f 25 min.

Nutrition per serving (1 pita half)

Pita: 100 cal 1g fat 18g carb 2g fib 3g prot

Olives: 12.5 cal 1.25g fat 0g carb 0g fib 0g prot

Cheese: 40 cal 2.5g fat .5g carb 0g fib 4g prot

Meat: 15 cal .5g fat .5g carb 2.5g prot 0g fib

Sauce: 12.5 cal 0g fat 3g carb .75g fib .5g pro

Onion: 4.25cal .0075g fat 1.01g carb .093g prot 0g fib

  • We've all struggled with weightloss and dieting, and I'm no exception. For me, my downfall always came around week #2. I'd lose my motivation and go back to my own ways.

  • But this time it's different. This time I have made it past week #2. I'm watching my caloric intake and it's going great.

  • On Twitter Kristen Bell (@IMKristenBell) started this #30dayhomies as a way to motivate, I believe, herself and others. I found her motivation, well, motivating and I started the Twitter page @30DayHomies

  • I do my best when pushed and motivated, and I'm betting lots of you do too. So that's why I started the Twitter page. I am here to motivate you, and in turn, be motivated by you.

  • Now, obviously, I am not Kristen Bell nor do I know her; I just want to take her idea to the next level. If at anytime she did not approve of me "taking over the reigns" I would gladly relinquish my ties to it.

  • I am not a Doctor, however, I am a CNA. That does not mean, by any means, that I am an expert. I am just an average person who struggles like anyone else.
